For a standard contingency search, only when your selected candidate starts. There is no engagement fee upfront.

What is included?+

Targeted sourcing, recruiter screening, candidate representation, interview coordination, offer support and a 60-day replacement guarantee.

Do you recruit hourly trades?+

Yes. We recruit direct-hire construction talent at every level, provided your company employs and pays the successful candidate directly.

What is an engaged search?+

For select difficult roles, a $3,000–$7,500 engagement starts a dedicated search. It is credited in full toward the final placement fee.

How does the $1,000 referral bonus work?+

Introduce us to a new employer client. If the introduction leads to a signed search agreement, a completed placement and payment of our placement invoice, an eligible referrer receives $1,000, subject to the written referral terms.
